- You must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive live shipments promptly.

Important: If your country, state, or local authority requires permits, inspections, or live animal clearance, you are responsible for obtaining them before purchase.
Health, Arrival, and Buyer Care
Our live-arrival and health commitments are subject to our posted return policy, proper acclimation, suitable water conditions, and timely evidence of any problem. Buyers must quarantine and care for livestock responsibly upon receipt.
We are not responsible for losses caused by poor water quality, incompatible tank or pond mates, delayed collection after delivery, incorrect acclimation, negligence, or third-party shipping disruption outside our reasonable control.
